Gratitude For The One Who Lives Inside This Body As I slow myself to silent stillness And enter the sacred space Of my nightly prayer time, After so many hours of working And doing what must be done To make our living… I am suddenly filled with Deep gratitude for the one Who lives inside this body, Who is ever striving to fully Awaken so that I may become the One I was sent here to be— I am grateful to this one who Is always seeking to heal and Purify myself of everything That is not real radiant love, I am grateful to myself for being One who is dedicated to applying the Lessons of truth and consciousness Learned from the raw experiences of life— I bow to myself in respectful Appreciation for being one who has And will always be doing the inner Work of walking my own spiritual path, While living lovingly, day by day, in This pain filled and beautiful world. With Each Passing Day
I know this body will die someday,
But my greatest fear is not of
Dying, but of the possibility
That I may fail to fully live
While I am still here,
May fail to open my heart in a
Symphony of loving that expresses
The Divine from within me
While I still reside in this body
Which was made for lovingly
Serving this hurting world
Through the full use of my
Own innate talents and abilities,
Which I have always known
Were given to me by God so that
I can Love, serve and awaken
All those who just need a little
Help to find their way home again.

Lovers Are In Each Other All Along What you seek With all your heart Is seeking you. Your task is not To seek for love, But to seek And find all the barriers Within yourself that You have built Against it. Lovers don’t finally Meet somewhere— They are in Each other All along. —Rumi Translation by Chinmayan
