In Love With All Of Life

Even lying next to my beloved,
In our cloud like bed of dreams,
My body and mind are restless
And I cannot find the secret 
Doorway into the realm of sleep.

After lying awake and keeping 
Still so as to not disturb the one
I have looked for, waited for
And wanted to share my 
Life with for so long,
Who is my true soul companion,
I slip out of bed into the cold night.

I put more split wood in our big
Wood stove and watch the dancing
Flames of the hot fire behind the glass,
Warm, safe, content and happier
Now, in these moments of silence,
Alone in the darkness of the room—

Fumbling my way upwards in spirit,
In this sanctuary of solitude,
In love with all of life—
With myself, with my companion
And with the Beloved who is
Even now bringing us all closer
Together, breath by breath,

In these golden moments
Illuminating my heart as 
I celebrate all the beauty,
All the goodness and all the Love
My life increasingly contains.

Goodness is God Within

Goodness is the manifestation
Of God within us all.
It is our true wealth.
We must not let anyone
Steal it from us.
We should never allow any
Other person’s words or actions
To erase the words that 
God has written in our hearts.

Compassionate Vibrations

In truth,
The spiritual path both
Begins and ends with compassion.
Let us try to awaken
Positive emotions within ourselves
And contribute positive
Vibrations to the world.
