How to Get Re Energized and Raise Your Own State of Mind and Consciousness and Become Free From Suffering
We can develop our ability to raise our state of mind and consciousness, whenever we fall into lower, negative states of suffering, and become completely free again.

Thick drippy fog swirls around Still Mountain this morning as I sip espresso and prepare for the coming day.
I am powering up and raising my own vibration and energy so that I can rise in consciousness, with the intention of prayerfully staying close to the divine.
I am now able to accomplish this more and more due to my nightly prayer and meditation sessions.
I am realizing that my level of energy, and the degree to which I am in an energized state, is directly related to my state of mind and consciousness.
When we are in a low state, we have lost control over our innate energy and fall to a listless, barely functioning, hard-to-even-think state.
To rise up out of these states, we need to get reenergized, remotivated, reinspired by taking outer actions, such as taking a walk, doing vigorous exercise or work in order to consciously get our energy flowing again.
Everything worth doing, including achieving high states of concentration, requires a flow of clear energy to fuel and sustain it.
Two of the most important abilities to develop on the spiritual path are 1) the ability to truthfully recognize what our state of mind and being is in this moment and 2) the ability to do the inner and outer work necessary to shift states upwards when we notice we have fallen.
The goal, of course, is to be able to raise your own state of consciousness and mind to the highest levels and maintain them ongoingly.
I am consciously installing imprints of the higher states so that I remember where they are and what they are like when I have fallen.
These imprints are like maps of the mind showing the way back up to higher states. These are important tools because I have long understood that the lower, negative states are the source of so much unnecessary suffering, which is entirely optional and serve no higher purpose.

At this stage in my own spiritual development, I am actively working every moment to rise when I fall, notice what caused me to fall, and keep on learning from this information, and applying what I learned to being able to stay in and sustain higher states.
I am in hot pursuit of attaining the ability to manage my own state so well that I can be in the highest, clearest, most God connected state possible all the time.
We are all very familiar with and even comfortable with being in lower states, where we have lived out our lives in them for many many lifetimes.
Now I am building out new ground, consciously and on purpose , to live in the higher blissful and compassionately loving states continuously.
I am escaping from the prison of my own dark dungeon mind, which caused me and others so much heartbreak and suffering…
and beginning to enjoy the freedom and the power of choosing to soar ever higher on my own energy and spirit wings.
