IF YOU WANT TO BE HAPPY, THINK HAPPY THOUGHTS!
Meditation is the way to enter your own inner world, become aware of how mind works, and develop the ability to choose thoughts which make you feel happy, loving and peaceful.
MEDITATION IS THE DOORWAY TO YOUR INNER WORLD
One of the almost immediate results from launching your own daily meditation practice is that you suddenly start being able to watch your own mind.
This is radically different on our normal focus of having nearly all our attention outside ourselves on others and the outer world.
Meditation is the doorway into our inner world of being with our own self in a purposeful and powerful way.
It is just like switching on the lights in a space that has been dark and hidden from you because you were not conscious of it.
Most of us feel much more comfortable feeling absorbed in our outer world life because it is familiar and where we have been focused since we were born.

EVERY HUMAN BEING NEEDS TO LEARN TO MEDITATE
The authentic meditation practices that I teach are the safest, easiest, and most gentle way of entering your inner world and making it the sanctuary of peace and clarity that is one of your greatest needs.
You need meditation as much as you need air to breathe and food to sustain your body.
Meditation gives you the ability to watch your own mind and its incessant flow of thoughts and images.
One of the beautiful things about meditation is it is safe and cumulative.
The more you practice, the clearer your awareness becomes.
As your awareness grows, you will understand and see for yourself one of the basic spiritual truths:
YOUR THOUGHTS ARE THE SOURCE OF YOUR EMOTIONAL, MENTAL and PHYSICAL STATE OF BEING…
Which is the direct cause of your suffering emotionally, mentally and physically.
This is one of the biggies.
As your awareness grows through your practice, the more you will be able to see how your mind works.
It won’t be unconscious anymore.

YOUR LIFE WILL DRAMATICALLY IMPROVE WHEN YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT ONLY POSITIVE THOUGHTS
You will be able to see the thoughts are they arise and choose to accept only the positive, uplifting and happy thoughts.
It is a spiritual law that “whatever you give your attention to will grow and expand.”
Mediation gives you the ability to actively choose where and on what you want to focus your attention.
This is very good news…it is not a fairy tale…
IF YOU WANT TO BE HAPPY, THINK HAPPY THOUGHTS…
IF YOU WANT TO BE SHARING LOVE, THINK LOVING THOUGHTS…
And there are so many other areas of life, where you can apply this principle to consciously create positive, loving and happy outcomes.
The ability to consciously give your attention to only positive thoughts will take time and sustained effort to develop.
But with intentional daily meditation of even just 5 minutes of the authentic meditation I teach, you can definitely achieve it…especially when you realize that the quality of your life depends on it.
That is why we call it “meditation practice”…it is a progressive process that requires daily practice to gain momentum, develop your awareness and abilities.
Even after more than 50 years of meditation practice, I personally still see myself as a beginner and a very grateful one for all the ways it has enhanced my life and expanded my awareness.
