THE AMAZING POWER OF MAINTAINING AN INVINCIBLY POSITIVE and GRATEFUL ATTITUDE
The best way to tap into your inner power and completely transform your life for the better is by consciously maintaining a positive, loving and grateful attitude.
WHEN LIFE GETS TOUGH IS WHEN YOU DISCOVER YOUR INNER STRENGTH
We all know life is not all rainbows and sunshine.
We already know there will be times that are so challenging and tough that will come into our daily life that we will be pushed to the limit.
I am sure all of my readers can nod their heads “Yes, it is true. I have been there.”
I know I certainly have.
It is those times of being tested by overwhelming problems or situations and pushed to the limit that we discover our own innate strength.
In a sink or swim experience, we learn to swim.
Then, we know we can handle whatever comes and turn it to good.

THE BEST WAY TO TAP INTO YOUR OWN INNER POWER
I have learned by necessity how to develop my own inner strength and resilience from having a life of going through overwhelming times of suffering, heartbreak, despair and challenges.
The best use of times of suffering is to use them to become free from suffering.
As I went through years of tough times, I learned that how I used my own mind could either greatly help me or grievously hurt me.
The more I controlled and directed my own mind to having positive thoughts and attitudes, the less suffering I had to go through.
I learned that the very best thing I can ever do for myself (and for everyone in any relationship with me)…
The very best thing I can ever do to create the beautiful life I deserve…
The very best way to tap into my own inner powers and resources is….
To maintain a positive, loving and gratitude attitude no matter what…
To make it my joyful habit to look for the good things and practice gratitude for even the smallest things.
These vital changes in attitude have transformed the quality of my life to being many, many times better in every way.
Because I have developed my ability to attain and maintain an invincible positive, loving and grateful attitude my life now is a garden of joyful discovery, with more and more love and delight.
It is easy to become discouraged in this often harsh world we live in, as things outside get crazier and our problems may be multiplying…
But, the truth is protecting and recharging your positive attitude becomes even more important when times get tough.
You can’t afford to listen to any negative self talk…It is much wiser and loving to consciously flood your mind with positive self talk about yourself which empowers you to stand up and confidently deal with whatever challenge is coming your way…
MY POSITIVE ATTITUDE PROTECTS ME FROM DESPAIR AND DEPRESSION, and LEADS ME TO PEACE AND JOY.
My positive attitude is my “first line” of defense, but I also immediately go to prayer and meditation so that I can attain inner contact with the Divine and hear “the still small voice of God” within which gives me the answers to all my questions and shows me what is needed to clear through the challenges.
It is not easy.
But with my own powerfully positive and grateful attitude, I come to power because I have to.
And so can you!
