As for me I choose mindfulness. Focusing on small, present blessings isn't just about now; it trains our ability to truly enjoy bigger future rewards. Overlooking the little joys dulls our capacity for happiness, even when grand things arrive. Mindfulness of small blessings builds a "joy muscle," allowing us to deeply savor all of life's experiences, big and small, creating a foundation of lasting gratitude. I am grateful just to wake up every day.
