PLUS SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE MOST EFFECTIVE and ENJOYABLE WAYS TO USE THESE AFFIRMATIONS….
Simply by repeating these Affirmations as important reminders to yourself each morning will help you start every day on a high note with a positive, loving attitude, open heart and peaceful mind!
You can use the Affirmations one at a time or select a few you like or do them all together as one long declaration.
Its best to repeat them either mentally or out loud while gazing at your eyes in a mirror while consciously choosing a dedicated intention to achieve and become all that the affirmations proclaim as your personal reality.
I know from my own experience from using hundreds of Affirmations myself over the past fifty years that they are the easiest and most reliable tools for self transformation, healing and positive consciously directed growth.
If one or more of these Affirmations really speaks to you, I recommend either screen shot and printing them or better yet, hand write them on 3 by 5 inch or larger cards and make copies.
Then put the Affirmations everywhere that you go during your day…the bathroom mirror, the refrigerator door, your car dashboard and wherever else you regularly go…because even seeing them often will help reprogram your unconscious to produce the result you want that the Affirmation describes!
The last tip I want to give you that will turbo charge your progress with any Affirmation needs to be done along with mentally and verbally repeating them and putting cards up everywhere is to write it out by hand in a journal over and over again while repeating it verbally or mentally to yourself.
If you use all three tips for a minimum of 21 days or longer, you will be amazed at the results!

3. I AM letting go of making excuses and believing reasons why I can’t and replace them with the sure and certain knowledge that I can do what needs to be done.

5. I was born to do great things that make a difference for myself, my family and the world.
6. I know the best is yet head and that this too shall pass.
7. What others think of me does not define who I really am and is none of my business.
