I have found that forgiveness is absolutely necessary to not just heal myself but also become free of being bitter over my painful past, especially forgiving myself for the stupid and hurtful things I have done to those who love and care for me. After going through so much suffering in my life, I can feel for others suffering and want to be a source of sanctuary and love instead of hurtful words and actions….
I am also finding healing through forgiveness.
