Meditation gives you the ability to choose positive thoughts which make you feel loving, happy and peaceful and to no longer accept negative self talk or thoughts that cause stress and suffering.

I highly recommend “THE AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF A YOGI” written by Yogananda….because he was a realized person of the highest order, his writings vibrate at that level so that you also get uplifted by reading it. I believe you would absolutely love it!
