So nice to have a newsletter about work and spirituality. As I sit here doing security at a landfill. It reminds me that I can be the lotus in the mud.
My teachers would always say that real progress on the path would begin when we get to the stage where we realize that every moment of our lives and every experience we have and everything we do becomes a vital part of our spiritual practice and a rich form of meditation practice…even the boring, scary or challenging, the heartbreaking and all the emotional highs and lows….
